Service Schedule

Hi i service alarm systems i want to stick a touchatag to each customers alarm panel
then i need some software that works in Mac OSX 10.6.4 so i can set up my customers on a service schedule
for example customer A needs their alarm serviced Quarterly so the software would remind me when it is due
i would do the service & scan the RFID then download from the scanner & that would update the customer file with the date & time of service i can then add additional notes then it would automatically reset to the next date
& automatically enter in the date to ical with an alert for 1 day before or selectable in the customer setup
also a rfid reader wand would be needed ?
