Touchatag usb reader is not recognized on PC (windows)

Hi guys,

 

Just recieved the Touchatag starter kit but it seems like my pc having problems detecting the usb reader. When I plug it in Windows pops a dialog for installing new hardware and it is unable to install the new hardware.

After that I get a message that my new hardware might not work properly.

Needless to say that I have gone through the Touchatag help and tried all of the tips there (closing client, opening it and connecting the reader etc). The touchatag software is connected to the server with my username and password with no problems.

 

can anyone advice?
