Hi,
I've installed the MacOS software and the additional software on my iMac running MacOS 10.6.6. The TouchaTag green icon is present in my top bar and no updates are available. The reader is attached, a green light is on and system profiler shows it as attached as well:
CCID USB Reader:
Product ID: 0x2200
Vendor ID: 0x072f
Version: 1.00
Speed: Up to 12 Mb/sec
Manufacturer:
Location ID: 0x1d100000
Current Available (mA): 500
Current Required (mA): 100
However, when I visit the Dashboard on the website, I can not register a tag, I keeps telling me that no tag can be read.
Any advise on how to proceed?
Kind regards,
Matthijs
quit and restart the app
i was having the same problem. you may have solved, but i will add the comment for future users.
the green light status on your reader should be flashing quickly, that means all is good. if the green light is constantly on , just quit the app and rerun it and hopefully it will flash quickly.
then go back to the dashboard online, and your tags should detect.
Same problem
Same problem here, got the reader working two times but it's buggy. Do you have the solution?
Same here and It's been this
Same here and It's been this for a while (months), the smartcard drivers did nothing to 10.5.8 either.
