Touchatag tags are standard issue NFC tags that cannot be overwritten, read more

Hi,
Does anyone have any advice on how to get touchatag working in Mac OSX Lion? I had it working fine under Snow Leopard, but then went and updated my OS and now (sad face) touchatag doesn't work anymore!
I see the green light, but it is blinking slowly on the reader, not fast like it is supposed to. touchatag app loads fine and doesn't report any errors.
THank you!

Hi,
Do you use the latest drivers (they were updated only this week)?
That should make everything work fine on Lion.
Downloads are available from http://www.touchatag.com/downloads as well as instructions on how to uninstall your earlier drivers.

I'm using Lion and just installed my touchatag. It seems to run for me, but crashes from time to time. Perhaps uninstalling both the application and the driver, then reinstalling would give your better results?
lion support
hi,
thank you for the feedback!
i got the new lion mac osx drivers and installed them and my reader crashes but it's more than i can tolerate. it's especially troublesome because i am currently demoing RFID at my company and I am somewhat embarrased when the application crashes. any help appreciated.
We have seen similar behavior
We have seen similar behavior with the introduction of Snow Leopard - we are looking into the problem, but this is most likely due to poor implementation of the smart card drivers in OSX. We will keep the community posted on any progress on this subject.

I have Mac osx Lion and the reader can't read any tag.
