Today, only the free touchatag basic and developer licenses are available. This means that until further notice touchatag does NOT provide Service Level Agreements (SLA) guarantees.
Keep this in mind when developing an application. In practice, we do monitor the service but this is a best effort activity today.
We revisit these guidelines on a regular basis, so this information is subject to change and we expect to implement more developer functionalities, service and support in the course of 2010.
