•  IMPORTANT! For the touchatag software to work with the latest touchatag readers on Windows (XP, Vista, 7), you need to install some updated SmartCard drivers

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR MAC USERS:

• The Mac drivers come in 2 files (you will see them when you unpack the ZIP file): the touchatag client software (touchatag.dmg) and the smartcard drivers for the touchatag reader (driver.dmg). It is important that both files are installed properly.
• The smartcard drivers have been updated to version 1.0.2; in case you are running the 1.0.1 drivers, which is the case if you installed the software before 13 May 2011, you have to uninstall the old smart card drivers first like so:
  Run Terminal. Enter the following commands in the mounted disk image folder:
  # sudo ./uninstall_acsccid.sh
  # sudo ./uninstall_pcscd_autostart.sh
