The web link wheel app lets you visit a different web link every time you touch the reader with the same tag. After the last link, the first one is used again, etc.
So the first time you touch the reader your web mail inbox might show, next your facebook page, next your intranet homepage... and so on.
The number of different links you put in there is unlimited.
This app allows you to stick a tag to a souvenir and configure it so that the tag points your web browser to a picture or an album of pictures from the trip of which you brought back the souvenir. If you want to use this app, you need an account with Picasa web or Flickr and you also need to put your pictures there up front. All you have to do in the wizard is look for the right page on Picasa web albums or Flickr. When you put the souvenir on the reader, it will show the pictures on your computer screen.
This app allows you to display all your social media on 1 webpage. In the wizard you have to configure all the social media identities you have or want to share with the one your giving your tag. We have Facebook, Netlog, Orkut, LinkedIn,Myspace, Flickr, Youtube, Picasa, Blogger and Twitter ready for use. Just fill in your ID for a particular site and you’re good to go. If you don’t have an account with one of the networks, just don’t fill it in. When you put your tag on a reader all the configured social media will show up in 1 page.
This is the simplest of apps. All it does is open a browser window to a site that you have defined beforehand. So if you would like to have a tag that opens up Google search, you just have to put http://www.google.com in the wizard’s input field and apply it to an empty tag. By the way, it doesn't stop there. Since the app uses a URL, you can use any URL, also database queries for example. So go ahead and test the limits of this simple app.
