Job description:

Goal: Enforce our java SCRUM team.

Your main responsibilities will include, the main responsibilities of the Java SCRUM team:
•    Develop the frontend using Wicket and YUI
•    Java EE development on the core of Touchatag, the Application Correlation Service.
Your main challenges will be:
•    Strengthen yourself in the complete java domain, from web front end, to terminal client software development.

Qualifications:

Technical background and experience:

•    Minimal 2 years of experience
•    Minimal Bachelor in applied sciences (Software or ICT)
•    Java Frontend experience (Wicket is a plus)
•    Java EE knowledge (EJB 3 or similar frameworks in functionality)
•    Worked with professional software development environments (following tool chain is a plus: maven2, Eclipse, JUnit, DBUnit, Atlassian tools).

Touchatag Senior Systems Engineer and Development Community Manager.

Job description:

The touchatag Senior Systems Engineer is a technical expert of the touchatag product and of all components of touchatag end-to-end solutions. With his/her technical expertise, he/she supports the business development and sales team, and interacts closely with customers and customer leads, both in pre- and in post-sales activities.

In addition, he/she provides first line technical support to the touchatag developer community (www.touchatag.com/developer), and makes sure that the interest of the developer community finds its way into the product roadmap.

As touchatag Senior Systems Engineer, you will have following tasks and responsibilities:

•    You prepare and perform both high-level and more detailed presentations on the touchatag solutions and technologies. Furthermore, you also prepare, customize and present demo's to internal and external customers and stakeholders.  
•    You are responsible (in collaboration with the customer) for designing the technical solution for a given customer. This consists of a technical proposal for the architecture, the used technologies and components, the relevant use cases, etc. You document this in a technical specification and have both the customer and touchatag sign off on it.
•    You act as a consultant to internal and external customers in the general matters of RFID, NFC and mobile payment, and in the specific matter of integrating a touchatag ACS with 3rd party systems and applications. You understand the customer needs, the applications, the network and web services architectures and web services integration principles.
•    You create demo's and proof-of-concepts using the touchatag systems to demonstrate the platform capabilities and the ease of integration with external applications.
•    You gather product requirements from many interactions with customers and partners, and feed these back into the product roadmap, in close collaboration with product management.
•    You are the technical lead in the tendering process (RFP/RFQ answer and proposal).
•    You are the technical lead in the post-sales solution deployment process, from an architecture and solution definition point of view.
•    You follow closely the applications and integrations developed by external developers in the touchatag developer community. You provide technical support to the community and present their requirements to the touchatag team.
•    You are responsible for the technical realization of trials and proof of concept activities with service providers and large enterprise customers
